You will join a young and vibrant team, with lots of different kinds of personalities. Our products are in high demand so we have a positive vibe even though the workload sometimes is high. You will never have a dull moment, there is always something to do!
You will join our team in HQ in Stockholm, Telefonplan, where you will be reporting to Pernilla our head of Customer Service who knows everything there is to know about card support.
What will you be doing at Nexus?
You will join our Card Support team, here we help our customers with the smart card- and ID solution they are buying from us (for example photo ID-cards and other cool things). We help them by answering questions via phone or email about how to order our products (Nexus GO Cards, ID06 etc.), and support them along the process. This team handles thousands of customers each week and is key for Nexus' success.
The role in bullets
- Receiving tickets via a ticket system (OTRS) and answer our customers in a professional and timely manner
- Answer our support phone and support customers via phone
- Collaborate closely with your colleagues in Nexus to help solve customer issues
The team works closely with other customer focused teams in Nexus, such as Customer Care and Sales, and there are great opportunities to develop within the company.
Who are you?
We hope that you have worked one or a few years, preferably within customer service, or at least in a service industry. You enjoy giving excellent service and to work in a rapid environment. To really be successful in the Card Support team you take pride in delivering good support to our customers, and to develop the way we work with customers. For example, if you get the same question over and over again - you are the type of person to write a FAQ for our customers where they can read the answer beforehand.
We handle a lot of programs so previous experience in working with different systems is a merit, together with the willingness to learn new ones. You are also comfortable with having phones and computers as your primary working tools.
Most of our customers work support is given in Swedish, but some customers prefers English so we believe you feel comfortable to express yourself in both Swedish and English (however, no need for perfect English, we all speak some "swenglish" from time to time).
