Swedish-owned Nexus Group is an innovative identity management company. This is something we are super proud of, and our clients have chosen us because of who we are and because of the technology we provide. Now, we are looking for a new colleague to our team in France!

The role is located in our Paris office where you will work closely to your French colleagues in Sales and Operations. As a part of the Nexus team you will also work closely to international colleagues who are expert in their fields. You will be reporting to our country manager and sales director, Philippe, who is one of Nexus’ key players in the region.

What will you be doing at Nexus?

In this role you will be a key resource in all the local technical activities from pre-sales to delivery our software solutions. You will be the “go to-person” for the sales team when it comes to the technical depth in different customer cases. In this role you will have responsibility for the technical pre-sales activities for all solutions offering. It is also you that will be responsible for the technical part of drafting and formalizing offer and requests for proposal and tender. Other than this you will also be doing tasks such as

  • Identifying, evaluating and recommending proof of concept opportunities
  • Installation and deployment of our solutions and PoCs
  • Training of our partners and customers
  • Attending and represent Nexus Group towards our customers, prospects, analysts, partners, and professional’s exhibitions.
  • Communicate with Products owners on issues identified from field observations and customer feedback

And, together with your great colleagues in Nexus Central Support based in Sweden and Germany, you will be helping our customers with technical support.

Who are you?

We believe you have a degree from a university within one of the techy programs (i.e engineering, IT, etc). You have already done at least five years in a similar role and are independent and self-going at work. Furthermore we hope you possess a good knowledge in IT security and that you like thinking about things such as PKI, Card Management, Strong Authentication, ID federation, IAM.

As a person you like taking initiatives and make things happen. You are not the one to wait for other when you see any issue that needs to be fixed. You take responsibility for your work and independently drive processes and projects. But, at the same time we also do believe you are a person that likes to collaborate to get results and you know how to communicate in a good way with both colleagues and customers. You see, at Nexus your involvement in things and your success will have real consequences.

Last but not least, you are fluent in French and a good professional English both written and spoken. And even if you will be located in Paris you must be interested in a global context and do not mind traveling within the role.
